However, it's a bit far from downtown Gramado, so just keep that in mind if you want easy access to the city. Overall, the hot pools and fun activities made it worth it!

Breakfast becomes quite hectic with long wait lines after 9 AM, which can be frustrating. Dining options do not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber—the food quality is lacking and often feels overpriced. Additionally, there’s noise and traffic right by the pool area due to cars parking too close, making it hard to relax. Lastly, cleanliness issues are evident, with reports of dirty jacuzzis that detract from the overall satisfaction.

We loved being just over 1 km from Snowland, which made it super convenient to enjoy, and a short walk to Parque Tomasini, where we relaxed and soaked in the beautiful views. it was perfect for weekend strolls through the city and nearby attractions.

However, the photos of the rooms didn't quite match the size. they felt smaller than expected. I'd definitely choose this place again!
